Fair Lending risk continues to be a top priority of the federal and state regulators. From disparities in pricing and underwriting to challenges in penetration of Low-Moderate Income tracts and Majority-Minority tracts, to marketing outcomes reflecting expected efforts, scrutiny remains high. In this webinar, Crowe will discuss several areas that a fair lending program should be focused on, such as: 
