Risk Management personnel are increasingly becoming critical to credit union operations, and Risk Management skills are in high demand.

The ACUARP Risk Management Certification Program offers the skills you need to establish, enhance, and manage your credit union’s ERM program. This program offers the best of both worlds: basic understanding of key risk management concepts as well as real-world skills for practical application.

The program begins with a series of self-study webinar-based modules to provide certification candidates with a number of fundamental theory and concepts applied to credit union risk management. Then participants will come together for 5 days of intense hands-on learning sessions that will prepare them to use and apply those skills in the workplace.

This one-of-a-kind school is taught by practitioners who work in risk management on a daily basis and provide ongoing peer mentoring after the class ends. You will develop a network of professionals to assist you throughout your career.

Upon successful completion of the full curriculum, certification candidates will earn the Certified Credit Union Risk Manager (CCURM) designation. Attendees will earn up to 39.6 CPE credits!

Class begins each day at 8:00 am and ends at 5 Monday – Thursday. School concludes by 3 pm Friday*

Breakfast and snacks provided daily, and lunch is provided on Monday.

*Students MUST be present Friday for the final exam.
