Morning, would any HUD originators be willing to share their Quality Control Plan? We do not actually fund any of these loans, but since we take applications and send along to a broker we are required to have a documented one in place, would be great if you're in the same situation of just taking applications and sending rejection letters. Bonus, if you have an audit plan for the annual review of the program.
