We recently performed a review of safe deposit box records, which were less than stellar. As a potential method of improvement, we were thinking of suggesting a digital record keeping system for deposit box access. Basically, we're asking if anyone is familiar with a digital system that performs the same function as physical access cards. If you have one, are there any significant advantages and disadvantages you've seen to a digital access record?
