I would like to find out what review is being performed for transactions on accounts that were dormant. We have a daily query that looks to see if an account was dormant in the past 30 days, and we review withdrawals over a certain amount from those accounts. We are converting to Symitar and the process will be different, so I am looking to re-evaluate what we are doing.
What transactions do you review (All, Only withdrawals, Only certain withdrawals)?
Do you look at transactions beyond the first one that makes an account active (i.e., a deposit yesterday then withdrawal today)?
Do you review all of the items or only a sample?
