Accounting Policies

Does your CU have formal accounting policies that cover segregation of duties issues?  For example, a JE can't be created and posted/approved by the same person.  An account rec must have a Preparer and a Reviewer.  Approval of write-offs, how to follow-up and document aged items.  Thank you!
