Our CU has recently merged and we recognize the need to implement an ERM program. I was wondering if anyone could provide some insights in the following areas?
1) How long did the project take?
2) Are you using a vendor to manage the program? If so, which vendor? How has the experience been with the vendor? If you do not mind sharing, we would love a ballpark idea on cost.
3) Any pain points during implementation or words of wisdom?
