Good morning.
I have a couple of questions regarding employee fraud investigations. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
- In your organization (and in your experience), who is responsible for leading employee fraud investigations?
- If it is Internal Audit, are other departments involved as needed?
- If other departments lead the investigations, is Internal Audit involved in any manner? If so, how?
Other information you deem applicable is also requested.
