New Account Audit

Folks,

Our CU is looking for some insight & assistance on updating our audit for New Accounts.  We've had the same practices in place for a long time & feel it would be a good idea to see what others are doing that may help make our audits more effective.  We also will be deploying a new Online Account opening platform [MeridianLink] in the near future, and were looking to get information on that area as well.
