Address Change Audit

I am interested in what is looked at when performing an address change audit. As well as, how often you audit address changes (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc)? Also, do you only spot check or review all changes. If you have a policy/procedure on this and are willing to share I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks
