Fair Lending Policy (Program Document)

Our external auditors recently completed a Fair Lending Review.  One of their recommendations was that we create a stand-alone Fair Lending policy.  Our current program is stated throughout individual board-approved policies (e.g., consumer lending, mortgage lending, etc.).  

Does anyone have a Fair Lending policy, procedures, and/or program document they could share?
