ESign Procedures and Compliance

I am currently looking at our Esign procedures and trying to audit compliance with them.  Can any one share the following with me:

1.  How does your CU determine if the member signed the form from their own device? How do you audit for compliance? 

2.  How is the signed form captured and retained in your system?
