A little help please.Where do I go to locate the correct verbiage for posting Notice of Fee for the ATM machine.  My CEO has asked me to find this citation as he wants to know if the notice needs to be in multiple locations (outside of machine, on the monitor, or noted prior to accepting the transaction).Thanks,Randy Brackman, Wauna Federal Credit Unionrandy@waunafcu.org

Monitoring for Money Laundering in Lending

I am looking for suggestions on the types of reports being used to identify money laundering after the loan is on the books.  I am fighting the battle of demonstrating the value of monitoring when resources are so tight.  Do you have a report that has been effective?  Any help is greatly appreciated!

How does your credit union make the unique identifiers of its registered MLOs available to members? Regulation states it must be in a "manner and method practical to the credit union". Do you make all UIs available to the membership (such as website) or only upon request?

Bank Secrecy Act - Patriot Officer Users
