If your CU is archiving emails, can you advise what your record retention policy is? I haven't found a federal regulatory requirement anywhere so I'm guessing it's up to the CU & possibly the state they operate out of.In your answer, please provide your CU asset size & # of employees. Thanks, Ana

I know that it varies from state to state, but I wonder if anyone has had an experience with having an ineligible member, and experiencing any kind of repercussion from it?

We're looking for examples of Travel Policies for employees and Board of Director members. Specifically your views of the following:
- Requiring itemized receipts, including meals, to provide transparency.
- What expenses are required to be reimbursed by employees (i.e. liquor, hotel incidentals).
- Per diem rates applicable to expenses while traveling.
- Limit to the number of conferences or dollar amount of conferences attended annually.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

In performing a review of Consumer Loans, are you recalculating the APR for each loan to ensure within Reg Z guidelines? If so, how are you recalculating the APRs? Using software? Or a formula? If you are not recalculating the APRs, what are you doing to ensure compliance with Reg Z? Are you recalculating the monthly payments?Thank you!!

I am working on a review of RV loans but the same would apply to boat loans as well. Does anyone have a guideline they use for a maximum LTV based on the dealer invoice or do you only use the MSRP?

The three have also been onsite for a presentation. If you use/previously used one of the three vendors, I am looking for input you may be willing to share so that we may consider actual experience in the decision process. Would you also include your asset size, the approximate number of debit/credit cards in your database and if you are a Harland user?Asset Size -$3.1 billionActive Debit Card Base -115,000 cardsActi

The decision was made to order iPads for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee members. The vision is to use the tablets to provide everything in electronic form and eliminate paper. We have found that presentations can be placed on the tablets and the main presenter can control all tablets, keeping everyone's attention. What I am looking for would be an electronics policy (similar to the one Pat made available last year) to cover the use of the iPad, as well as some form of documrnt that explains the recourse for an iPad becoming lost, stolen, damaged or compromised.
