ACH Process Diagram/Flowchart

Our examiners have requested that we develop an ACH process diagram/flowchart. Moreover, they would like the flowchart to outline:

• All of the ways ACH transactions are pushed out to the ACH network and how they are originated.
  • This includes the various delivery channels/platforms such as online banking, third party/business originators, and the core system.
• The process for internal versus external origination while covering all business lines/units involved in the process such as accounting and electronic services.
