ACUARP Recertification - Why Can't We Have a Virtual Attendance Option?

Hello,

My recertification is due this coming year and my understanding is that the only attendance option is physically attending. It's a one-day program, so I feel that the associated costs (flights, hotel reservation, airport parking, meals, pet sitting, time, etc.) outweigh the need to be there in person. I'm trying to be a good steward of my organization's bottom line. If it was done virtually in the past it should still be available as an option.

I'm hoping that someone involved in the recertification program reads this and makes the good sense call to allow some of us to attend virtually.
