Good Afternoon,
Due to recent events with COVID-19, we are currently evaluating ways to improve our Annual Meeting and voting process. Has anyone recently updated their Bylaws or implemented procedures in holding a virtual Annual Meeting or did you conduct your meeting as normal? What precautionary measures were taken if the meeting was held as normal? Were changes made to the voting process, such as an online system using a scantron or app accessed within branches? If you have any similar processes in place, would you be willing to share your procedures?
