Audit Department Size

I am polling other credit unions my size for the number of your audit staff.  The information could be helpful in my justification to increase a part-time position to full-time.  Currently we have:

Asset size – 1.2 B

Number of Employees - 300

IA staff – 3.5 - VP, Auditor, and two audit staffers (one is part-time).  Compliance and Loss Prevention are separate departments.

Number of Branches – 16 plus a Call Center

Outsourced audits – Information Security, Employee Benefits 401K, HR, and MBL.
