Our Board of Directors has a secure website that they log into to download monthly Board Reports and other information. We are looking at putting Internal/External Audit and Exam reports on the site for the Supervisory Committee. Is there any reason or rule that prohibits the whole Board from having access to these reports? What is your opinion on allowing full Board Access?Thank you for your comments,Dale
