Audit Response Tracker

Hello,

Just wanted to share that I have found a pretty solid solution for audit tracking. it's Auditfindings.com. It's web based. The interface is easy and can be accessed by multiple users for the price of a single subscription.

The data can be imported and exported via spreadsheet, and the report writer is pretty strong, although not quite as pretty as the ones I create with Crystal Reports, so aside from some terminology adjustments I made, conversion was really clean.

The benefit I found that made this better than any homegrown solution is the ability to bulk update, link like findings, and the fact that it will email any risk manager that owes me updates to remind them as often as I want to. They can also pull together their own report of findings if they prefer to have something to hold on to.

The dashboard and tracking tools inside the solution are also very nice.

This is only a platform just to track audit findings, but for the price it really seemed to get me a lot of efficiency with this aspect of my work.

If you go to the website, you can test their free version to get a feel for it, and they were wonderful about getting me a trial subscription for me to test the functionality of their full version before I invested the funds to purchase it. I needed the additional custom fields and multiple user aspect so it was a no-brainer that I got the full version.

Since I was currently using a Microsoft Access form to collect updates, the price more than paid for itself with not having to give 20+ managers the software upgrade to have that software on their computers.

Nobody is paying me to tell you all about this, but I have seen past forum requests asking how these are tracked at other CU's so I thought I'd share my experience!

Cheers and missed you all this year at the conference!
