Hello,
For credit unions that have offsite/remote ATMs serviced by a third party, I would like to get some information on your audit practices for those ATMs, specifically how often are they being audited? Since we don't have access to those ATMs coordination is required with the vendor to schedule an audit. Wondering what other credit union's are doing.
Also, do your remote ATMs have surveillance footage within the kiosks, in addition to the standard member facing camaras placed in the ATMs?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
