I would really love to speak with anyone who has already completed an audit/quality control check on their signed W-8BEN forms signed for members who are foreign and do not have a social security number. Specifically, does anyone have a questionnaire they currently are using that you would be interested in sharing? Please feel free to contact me by email, telephone OR this forum.
