The first survey placed out there had some good questions and responses. I have a few follow up questions.
1) Does the full audit report go to the Committee or do you provide just a summary of the reports presented that month? If its a summary, what does that look like?
2) Does the Committee approve all reports before going to Management and/or the Board?
3) Do you only present audit reports to the Committee or what other types of information do you present?
4) Do you present the Audit Report to the Board/Committee with or without Management responses?
5) Do you use a consent agenda for part of your agenda for which the Committee and review in advance and just vote on the consent portion?
6) How many Committee members do you have on the Committee?
7) Same as the first survey - what is the Asset size?
