Hello,Our latest NCUA visit resulted in a recommendation that we perform annual background (criminal) and credit report checks on our IT employees. Is there anyone else that performs this currently? If so please include your credit union's asset size. (We are just over $500 million in assets) Also, do you have new employees sign a form that grants your credit union permission to request annual credit reports? Thank you for sharing! Emily
