I am taking a survey and want to know how often your branches balance their cash dispensers (CDM) and currency recyclers (TCR) . We just received a proposal and the branches are requesting to balance CDMs monthly and count two denominations in the TCRs monthly. Is this standard practice? We currently balance CDMs weekly and count one denomination of the TCRs weekly. Any information would be helpful.
