Board-approved wire transfer policy

Good morning

Does anyone have a board-approved wire transfer policy?  We have wire procedures but we don't have a policy.  We recently completed an audit on our wire transfers and one of the recommendations was for a board-approved wire transfer policy.  The Supervisory Committee liked the suggestion but wanted to see what other credit unions had so that they could present it to the board to see if it is something they would be interested in implementing.
