I am looking for samples of the following policies for large credit unions (> $1 billion), preferably related specifically to Board / Officials / Volunteers: Conflicts of Interest (including a plan for dealing with conflicts) and Employment of Relatives (Nepotism). In addition, who has responsibility for these policies (i.e. Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, HR?). Thank you in advance for your help.
