My CU is looking into adding a scoring system when I audit branch locations. Are any of you currently using a overall rating (outstanding, above satisfactory, satisfactory, needs improvement, unsatisfactory) system that you would be willing to share? I am interested in knowing what your categories are and what weight factors you have assigned to them. My email address is angela.burger@premiermembers.org.
