Branch Audits

Hello-

How often are you auditing the branches? Our Member Services group used to visit the branches and performed RCC, but not anymore. Now, the BM are responsible for RCC on a monthly basis. However, we completed a couple of audits and IA noticed some issues with this process. We only have 17 branches, and a member of my group suggested to audit all branches in 2019, maybe 2020.
