I searched this topic subject and could not find any helpful information on the ACUARP website at this time. The last time this subject was presented appears to be back in 2013. The response was that CUNA has a compensation study that may be helpful. The cost to obtain this study is $800+ dollars for members, which our credit union is.
I am hoping that I may have missed something out on the ACUARP website or someone has a credit union compensation that would assistance me in my efforts to determine IA staff compensation ranges for our peer and aspiring credit union institutions.
I was also wondering has this topic been discussed with the ACUARP leadership and considered as an association project.
