Co-Op Shared Branching

I am looking to perform a Co-Op Shared Branching Audit and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions. Our Credit Union has a network of 17 Branches all who can complete shared transactions. If anyone has any suggestions or an audit program they are willing to share, I would appreciate it.
