My CEO asked me to pose these questions to the group.
- Do you have attendance requirements for your Supervisory Committee to adhere to? And if so what are they.
- Do you allow Committee or Board members to attend meetings via electronic communication, such as FaceTime or Skype?
Our by-laws cover only our Board members and the policy notes the Board member can't miss three meetings in succession or four in a calendar year.Any examples or suggestions would be helpful.Thank you Randy Brackman WFCU
