Do any of you have your staff sign a confidentiality agreement wtihin your internal audit department? My husband works in internal audit for a publicly traded company and they have something elaborate. They also require their department to sign off on the IIA code of ethics. Anyone do this or anything different regarding ethics and confidentiality?
