Confidentiality Policy and the Supervisory Committee

I'm interested in how other credit unions handle Confidentiality and Code of Conduct Agreements for the Supervisory Committee. We are a 3.4B credit union and currently have the Board of Directors sign these documents annually but the Supervisory Committee doesn't sign. Please share if your committee signs either of these documents. Thanks.
