Hello,
In completing a loan review, Consumer, Indirect, Real Estate... etc is anyone sending out loan confirmation letters as part of the loan review process?
We originally had, but found it was taking quite a bit of time and effort and we were not seeing any results. Has anyone had a similar experience or have others felt loan confirmations have been helpful?
