During the corporate credit card review I found a purchase of a gift basket by a VP Commercial Lending for an employee at the SBA with the notation "sympathy - death of a child". I'm thinking this may violate gift giving/conflict of interest due to the fact it is for an employee of the SBA. Any thoughts????
