For CUs that are State Chartered and have a formal Comsumer Complaint Management System in place, to what extent is your Supervisory Committee involved, if at all? I know for FCUs their involvement is extensive and NCUA provides guidance on the topic. However I am curious to know if they are involved at all when the state regulator does not have regulations or guidance on the issue for you.
