Corporate Credit Card Policy

Has anyone had any issues with Corporate Credit Cards? We are considering revising ours. Currently we require submitting receipts for all charges. However, management is considering revising to read that receipts are only required for purchases over $50. I don't believe this is a good idea. In my experience most fraud involving procurement cards is of a smaller dollar amount and frequent. Not large infrequent purchases. What are everyone's thoughts?
