Does anyone have a written/unwritten procedure for handling missed deadlines/granting extensions for managment corrective action?
We currently have a large amount of corrective action on one particular audit and management is passing their deadlines and waiting for I.Audit to contact them for an extension. There has been no progress on the majority of the corrective action items.
