Courtesy Pay and/or OD's

I know I am beating a dead horse however, I have been asked to poll the forum regarding courtesy pay and OD's for employees. I would greatly appreciate any answers provided! Also, if any of you have a separate policy pertaining to employee overdrafts and/or use of courtesy pay (ODP) that you are willing to share, can you send to me at mswaney@eriefcu.org? Thank you.

1. Do you have a separate policy for employees regarding overdrafts and courtesy pay?
2. How many overdrafts do you allow an employee before any sort of disciplinary action is taken?
3. Do you allow employees to have multiple checking accounts with courtesy pay?
4. Do you regularly monitor these accounts?
