The NCUA requested that we implement a system to idenitify members using ODP frequently or as a line of credit. We now have a system in place that can retrieve the number and amount of fees incurred and will send a letter to all members who incurred fees greater than $1,000 in a calendar year. For those that have a similar system in place, what threshold are you using?
