Hello all,
Just wondering if any of you have plans to do special skip-a-pay/collection extension audits as they relate to COVID-19? The CUNA compliance blog that came out today hints at examiners being interested in the controls,processes,etc. that management has put in place for these circumstances. Would like to have proof that I reviewed this area before they come in next.
