Last year, we switched card processors, and moved over to PSCU for both debit and credit. PSCU’s DataVue platform allows you to access a ton of data, including but not limited to card account activity (purchases, payments, cash advances, deleted card accounts, etc.) cardholder detail, portfolio performance, AIRES, etc.
We are in the process of reviewing all of the available data within DataVue with the intent to setup various audit queries (e.g., isolating corporate credit card transactions, member’s with accrued interest greater than a set dollar amount, loans reporting current with no payments in the last 60 days, etc.).
Are there any other audit shops performing queries of their credit card data? If so, would you mind sharing what queries you are running? Also, can you please indicate what system you are using (PSCU’s DataVue, FIS, etc.)?
