CUSO's -- Internal Audit Implications?

We have initiated a new Insurance CUSO, effective today.  For those of you also having CUSO's, what type of things do I need to be aware of from an Internal Audit perspective?  We'll be having our external auditors review their financial statement, but I want to make sure there aren't things I am overlooking.  If I need to do an audit of the CUSO at some point, how does one go about billing for time invested?  I'll be thankful for any feedback or helpful hints you may have.Thank you,Lori ChaseRivermark Credit Union
