Denied Loan Audit

Hi there! My Supervisory Committee asked that I tackle an audit on Denied Loans. I was curious if anyone has a template or checklist they follow for this audit area? I'm currently trying to create on off the FFIEC's Fair Lending Examination guide, but would love additional examples if possible.
