Displaying financial statements at branch locations- We display a balance sheet each month at all branch locations to comply with NCUA regulations. We do not display an income statement. I am curious what you display – both balance sheet and income statement or only balance sheet or other. Part 701 - Article VII - Board officers, Management Officials, and Executive Committee; Section 6 Duties of financial officer (c). The reg states: Within 20 days after the close of each month, ensure that a financial statement showing the condition of this credit union as of the end of the month, including a summary of delinquent loans is prepared and submitted to the board and post a copy of the statement in a conspicuous place in the office of the credit union where it will remain until replaced by the financial statement for the next succeeding month.
