Has anyone received pushback from Management in allowing non-management staff access to transact on dormant accounts? What risk mitigation do you have in place, if you allow this? What additional risks do you cite, aside from the opportunity if the account has a decent amount of funds in it?
Do you send letters to all reactivated dormant accounts notifying the members of this reactivation?
