We have excluded certain accounts from the dormant processes ever since classifying accounts dormant here 10-15 yrs ago.Due to potentially infrequent transaction posts on Funeral Trust accounts, IRA accounts, accounts with certificate dividends only, or minor accounts, we do not require the usual reactivation procedure of I.D.'ing the member. These accounts are also exempt from dormancy fees.Do you have any dormant account exemptions similar to this? Do you think member verification should take place on the above "exempted" accounts? thanks, Sherry
