Hello,I am wondering how other financials handle E-Sign requirements when a member requests e-statements in person? Currently our staff will mark on the account that the member wants e-statements and then the member will sign a form, however, this is not in compliance with the E-sign rules that the member must receive the disclosure in the same manner they are receiving their statements. Short of walking our member through it online while over their shoulder in our offices, or on the kiosk in the lobby, what else can we do or what else are others doing? We want to stay in compliance but keep the initiative for members to sign up for e-statements. Another thought was to offer a coupon or incentive for members to sign up online (although we know the response still might not be as great). Any help would be appreciated.
