Election at your credit union

Hi,could you please let me know how you run your elections at your credit union.  Please indicate whether you use paper ballots or evotes.  Also note whether you allow proxy (before meeting) vote, meeting only vote, or both.  Finally if you could let me know your asset size and number of members.thanks
